Maikhola Hydro called the general meeting with the right proposal

Kathmandu, Sep 4 : Mai Khola Hydropower Limited is going to issue rightful shares. The company has called the annual general meeting along with the right share offer. The company’s meeting has been convened on October 9th at the Lord Party Venue in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. In the meeting, the company will submit a proposal to issue rights shares in the ratio of 1:1 ie 100 percent.

At present, the company’s paid-up capital is 31 million 21 million rupees. In addition, it is said that agendas such as discussing the profit and loss account for the financial year 2079/80, passing the auditor’s report, and approving the decisions made by the board of directors will be presented in the company’s general meeting. The company has fixed the date of book close on October 1st for the purpose of the general meeting. This means that the permanent shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting until the end of August.
