Kathmandu, Aug 31: The District Administration Office, Kathmandu had announced that it would provide range of public services even during the public holidays, but it sees almost no arrival of service seekers. “All of the civil servants in the office are on duty, but service seekers do not turn up,” he said, adding that it might be because the service seekers are not still informed well about it.
