Indian PM Returns Home
Kathmandu, May 12 : Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned home today after completing a two-day State visit to Nepal, at the invitation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
He returned to New Delhi on a special aircraft of Air India. Earlier, he was seen off at the Tribhuvan International Airport by Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradip Kumar Gyawali.
The Indian Prime Minister had begun his visit from Janakpur and arrived Kathmandu before going to Muktinath for a religious trip. He also performed special pooja at the Pashupatinath temple in the capital.
During his visit, Prime Minister Modi met with President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Vice-president Nanda Bahadur Pun, while holding bilateral delegation-level talks with his Nepali counterpart Oli.
He received civic felicitations in Janakpur and Kathmandu. This was the third visit to Nepal by Modi, as the Prime Minister of India.(RSS)
