7.5 percent bonus share in your demat account?

Kathmandu, March 16: Chilime Jalbidyut Company Limited has deposited bonus shares in the demat accounts of the shareholders. The company has deposited the 7.5 percent bonus shares passed by the 26th annual general meeting held on 22nd of January in the relevant beneficiary account of the shareholder who has dematerialized the demat account by the book close date after listing it in NEPSE.

According to the company, the amount will be deposited in the case of the shareholders who dematerialized the demat account after that date. The company said that after the dematerialization of the shares of the company, the shareholders who hold the shares in physical form will automatically deposit the amount in the beneficiary account.
