Chairman of the School Management Committee passed 8th grade with excellent marks without taking the exam
Nuwakot, March 10: It has been found that a school in Nuwakot made the chairman of the management committee of the same school pass the class 8 exam without giving the exam. Even though the incident happened a year ago, Dainiki has found facts with evidence about the matter that was hidden under political influence. Ashok Kumar Pandit, the then headmaster of Bachla Secondary School in Shikharbeshi of Dupcheswar rural municipality ward number 7 of the district, made Dil Bahadur Tamang, the chairman of the management committee of the same school, pass the class 8 exam with high marks, without giving the exam.
According to the Education Act, in order to be the chairman of the management committee of a primary school, the qualifications are to know how to read and write, to be the chairman of the management committee of a lower secondary school, one should have passed at least class eight and to be the chairman of the management committee of a secondary school, one should have passed at least SLC or similar examination. Tamang was passed without taking the exam in order to achieve the corresponding qualification.
The chairman of the school management committee has passed the seventh place out of 42 students without appearing in the examination form of the 2078 class 8 village level annual examination. It has been found that no action has been taken even though a complaint has been lodged with the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission on this matter. It seems that a complaint has been registered with the authority under registration number c-045766 on 01 June 2079.
In order to improve the educational qualification of President Tamang, the headmaster passed the exam with the best marks without giving the exam under political influence. Tamang is still the chairman of the management committee. The CPN Maoist Center has given him political protection. Even though there are complaints about him in the village council and the president Shankar Thapa is aware of everything, he has not taken any action. It is understood that President Thapa reprimands even the locals who go to talk about Tamang. According to the data filled in the class 8 examination form of the chairman of the management committee, Dil Bahadur Tamang, his name is Dil Bahadur Tamang, date of birth is 2045/03/17, father’s name is Maan Bahadur Tamang and Tamang’s exam mark number is 78069007.
Dil Bahadur Tamang filled the annual examination form of class 8 as a student but did not appear in the examination, not only within the school, but also all the people of Shikhar Besi have received the information. But he is still active as the chairman of the management committee. According to the complaint filed with the authority, it is mentioned that the then headmaster Ashok Kumar Pandit, assistant headmaster Achyut Thapa played an important role in making Tamang pass with excellent marks without giving the exam. The other members of the school family are disappointed after being rewarded with political protection because the three people including Tamang should be prosecuted for the crime. In the complaint submitted to the commission, it is also mentioned that the three persons have committed corruption in the name of the science laboratory.
It has been claimed in the complaint that they made a fake bill in the name of advertising laboratory and took payment from the Education Development Directorate, Bagmati Province, Hetauda. It has been claimed that Vinod Kumar Adhikari, the village engineer and the then chief administrative officer, was also involved in the corruption in the name of science laboratory.
