No decision on West Seti report: Investment Board

Kathmandu, June 7 : The Investment Board has made it clear that no decision was made on the report submitted by the developer of West Seti Hydropower, Company Three Gorges International Corporation.

Writing a letter, the CTGIC has made further clear on making the project of 750 MW in Province 7 financially feasible, and a committee formed on it has submitted a report to the Investment Board.

Issuing a press statement Wednesday, Board Spokesperson Uttam Bhakta Wagle said the report presented by the CIGIC was under consideration and no decision was taken on it so far.

The Board has shown grave concern toward the news report relating to the project and budget, added the press release. (RSS)
