Govt. serious about Karnali’s development- PM Oli
Kathmandu, May 10 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the government was serious for the development of Karnali province.
Accepting a memorandum from all-party people’s representatives of the province here today, he gave assurances to allocate sufficient budget to bring Karnali to the mainstream of development.
The delegation from Karnali was led by Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi, comprising provincial finance minister Prakash Jwala among others. The delegation called for allocation of sufficient funds in the upcoming budget for the physical infrastructure development, air transport, irrigation, energy and electrification, communications, tourism, drinking water, education, health and agriculture development in the province.(RSS)
