Law-making top priority-NA Chair Timilsina
Kathmandu, May 9 : National Assembly (NA) Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina has said the parliament has concentrated its efforts to formulate more than 100 laws in line with the constitution.
In a courtesy meeting with Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Masashi Ogawa here today, Chairperson Timilsina noted that Nepal has moved to the path of prosperity and expressed his confidence that there would be cooperation and support from the friendly nations to that end.
Recalling that Nepal had gone through the earthquake, constitution-making and blockade in the recent past years, he appreciated the cooperation received from Japan through Ambassador Ogawa during the time.
Ambassador Ogawa is returning Japan after completing his tenure in Nepal.(RSS)
