PM Oli rules out nonissues
12 Nov, Biratnagar : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the nonissues must not be made issues.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Monday evening, PM Oli said the protest and agitation launched by CPN (Maoist Centre) was the reflection of its restlessness for being out of government.
He said it hinting at the views of Maoist Centre’s Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal on US State Partnership Programme (SPP).
In response to a question whether a commission would be formed for constitution amendment, PM Oli, who is also the Chairman of CPN UML, said there was no point in forming a commission as it was a parliament concern.
“Let’s see. We are for running industries and factories for economic prosperity,” he said, responding to queries why electricity was not supplied to the industries even after the government’s directive.
PM Oli had arrived in Biratnagar while returning to Kathmandu after addressing the 13th BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
