Funds from Deusibhailo donated for the earthquake survivors

Kaski, Nov 25: The Sahara Club of Pokhara has donated the money collected from this year’s Deusibhailo program to the earthquake survivors of Jajarkot and Rukum Paschim. A total of 55,555 rupees collected from the Deusibhailo was handed over in support of the quake survivors, General Secretary of the club, Ramji Prasad Adhikari, said.

He said that the club provided the amount as part of its corporate social responsibility. The club has been running a football academy in Pokhara and also organizes an inter-club football tournament every year. At present, 12 children are receiving education, accommodation and football training in the academy.
