Today is the last day to fill in the IPO of Mandu Hydropower, how many applications have been received so far?

Kathmandu, Aug 30: Today, August 30, is the last day to apply for the IPO of Mandu Hydropower Limited. The IPO issued by the company to the general public from 10th of August can be applied for today only till banking hours. The company has opened the IPO sale of 1.3 lakh 6 thousand 306 shares for the general public at a nominal price of Rs 100 with a premium of Rs 106 added at Rs 206 per share.

Out of the total shares to be issued to the general public, the company has allocated 28 thousand 853 shares to the employees and 72 thousand 133 shares to the collective investment fund. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 12 lakh 5 thousand 320 shares. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares to a maximum of 50,000 shares in the IPO. Prabhu Capital is the IPO sale manager of the company.

Investors will be able to apply for the purchase of my shares from banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASWA service approved by the Nepal Securities Board and from their designated branches and CDSC. According to CDSC, 79 lakh 31 thousand shares have been requested from 7 lakh 22 thousand 159 applicants in the IPO of the company till yesterday evening. Which is 6.58 times more than the demand.
