Vehicles are not allowed to drive in these places in Kathmandu for two days

Kathmandu, Aug 30: Various roads are going to be closed during Gaizatra (Saparu) and Gumpunhi (Kwati Punhi) festivals in Kathmandu Metropolitan City. The City Executive Office of the Metropolitan Corporation has issued a notification and informed that the movement of vehicles will be prohibited in various areas of Kathmandu on Thursday and Friday.

It is mentioned in the notice that all types of vehicles entering from the Jatra routes are prohibited from entering on that day. On that day, the entry of vehicles on the roads including Asan-Keltol-Indrachowk Makhan-Jaishidewal Jabhal-Lagan Chowk-Hanumandhoka Durbar Premises-Gofal-Brahmtol-Gofal Brahmtol-Maru Toll has been banned.
