Kathmandu, June 14 : Minister for Foreign Affairs, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, today returned home after participating in the inaugural Conference of the International Think Tank (ITT) for Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) concluded in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Talking briefly to Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) at Tribhuvan International Airport, Foreign Minister said that Nepal and Mongolia signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal and the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Mongolia on Establishment of Bilateral Consultation Mechanism.

The MoU was signed by Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali on behalf of the Government of Nepal, and by DamdinTsogtbaatar on behalf of the Government of Mongolia. The Foreign Minister further said that he also paid a courtesy call on the President of Mongolia.

The conference of Think Tank concluded on Tuesday focused on various issues including boosting international trade, transit cooperation, enhancing connectivity including though ICTs and infrastructure development and regional integration.(RSS)
