PM Oli extends invitation to his Japanese counterpart
Kathmandu, May 21 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has extended invitation to his Japanese counterpart for Nepal visit.
PM Oli invited the Japanese PM for Nepal visit via Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, Masashi Ogawa, who is returning home by concluding his four-year term.
The Japanese envoy made a farewell call to PM Oli this evening. Ambassador Masashi is returning home on Tuesday.
PM’s press advisor Dr Kundan Aryal said that PM Oli has invited the Japanese PM for Nepal visit at an opportune time stating that the high-level visit between Nepal and Japan has not taken palce for the last 11 years.
During the meeting, PM Oli congratulated Japanese envoy for his successful diplomatic tenure in Nepal adding the latter played appreciative roles to further strengthen bilateral ties between Nepal and Japan.
Similarly, PM Oli extended thanks to the Government of Japan for its consistent support to Nepal as a major development partner in its bid to the development of economic, social and education sectors.
Likewise, Prime Minister Oli further wished that the cordial bilateral ties between Nepal and Japan will continue in future.(RSS)
