New Delhi, April 6 : The Nepal people working in India have apprised Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of their problems and expected the creation of job opportunities within Nepal.

The Nepalis gathered at Nepali Embassy in New Delhi to the meet PM Oli, who is currently on State Visit to India, shared their hopes that the problems as the hassles they face on border and banking transaction would be solved by the PM’s visit.

A Nepali Juddha Bahadur JT said, “We’ve expected the creation of employments within the country, so that none would be forced to leave the country for jobs. The new government should focus on it.”

He suggested the PM to lead the country towards prosperity and development.

Another Nepali working in India, Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, hoped that Nepal and Nepalis could feel a noticeable progress during Oli’s premiership. PM Oli might have been aware of the problems facing Nepali community in India, he added.

Likewise, Keshav Regmi, hailed from Bajura district of Nepal, hoped that the employment would be created in Nepal.

Others complained that they were compelled to face hurdles while sending earnings to Nepal.

In response, PM Oli expressed commitment to take initiative to resolve problems faced by Nepali community in India.

He said that he would hold discussion on resolving the problems the Nepalis face during his visit with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other high-level officials.

PM Oli told the Nepali diaspora that the incumbent government was concentrated to create employment opportunities within the country, as the political stability was established and the era of economic prosperity began with it.

Meanwhile, addressing a reception organised by Nepali Embassy in New Delhi, PM Oli said that he embarked on the State Visit of India to further strengthen two country relations.(RSS)
