BPW microfinance IPO will be distributed on Friday, how many are lucky to get shares?
Kathmandu, March 16: The IPO of BPW Microfinance Financial Institution Limited is going to be distributed tomorrow, Friday 3rd of March. According to Capital, the common shares (IPO) issued by the company from February 18th to February 23rd will be distributed at the office of Mega Capital Markets, the securities sales manager, at 11 am. The company had sold a total of 97,000 IPO shares at a nominal rate of 100, which would be 32.33 percent of its issued capital of Rs 3 crore.
In which 9,070 shares of 10 percent were sold to Nepalis working abroad, 1,500 shares were reserved for employees and 4,850 shares were reserved for the collective investment fund. Till the last day of the company’s IPO, about 1.5 million 33 thousand applicants have applied for the purchase of a total of 1 million 67 million 65 thousand more shares.
Which is 207.10 times more than the demand. Since there are more applications than the demand for the company’s IPO, the allocation will be done through round robin. During the distribution by round system, only 8 thousand 95 lucky people will get shares at the rate of 10 shares, while the remaining 15 lakh 24 thousand 878 people will be left empty-handed.
