Accounting training for the disabled
Dumre, 27 Feb: Nepal Red Cross Tanahun branch has provided accounting management training to disabled people in Damauli. The training was provided with the aim of helping them to become independent. Branch President Prof. Dr. Krishna Prasad Gautam said that the training was provided with the aim of mobilizing the savings of the disabled self-help group, teaching them to keep accounts properly, and manage their income in the right way.
Surya Chandra Hadkhale, the minister of the said branch, informed that 25 people including the president, treasurer, volunteers of the Red Cross sub-branch, representatives of organizations working in the field of disability participated in the training.
Baikustha Neupane, the head of Byas Municipality, mentioned that they are working according to the spirit of ‘where there is suffering, there is Red Cross’ and expressed the belief that such training will help the disabled people to become self-reliant.The trainees were trained by Jagatbandhu Wagle.
