Effective plan utmost to reduce poverty: Minister Aryal

Kathmandu, Aug 7: Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Padma Kumari Aryal has said that an effective plan would be introduced for the poverty reduction.
Speaking in a face to face programme here in the capital on Monday, Minister Aryal further shared that the identity cards would be provided to the people living below the poverty line before launching the programme.

She added that the complete poverty reduction was hard to achieve, however it might be lessened effectively.
Minister Aryal also said that the government was working out to enforce land management act for the scientific land management
