Seven injured as passenger jeep hits school wall
Darchula, July 3: Seven people were injured when a jeep met with an accident as it hit a school wall here today. Among the injured, condition of two is critical, said the District Police Office, Darchula. They are Pratibha Joshi, 16 and Ramesh Rekhaula,45 of Mahakali Municipality-7.
The jeep (Me 1 Jha 268) en route to Dhap of Mahakali Municipality-7 to the district headquarters Khalanga hit a boundary wall of local Mallikarjun Secondary School based, leaving the seven hurt.
Others, except critically hurt, have returned home, following general treatment at the District Hospital, Darchula. Further investigations into the accident are going on. The jeep suffered damages to its front part. (RSS)
